Before you book
Why isn't the Custom plan a fixed number?
Because scope varies — one workflow is a different job than three systems across CRM, finance, and support. Both plans are fixed-price; Custom just gets scoped on a call first, same as First system.
What happens after I book?
One discovery call to map the workflow, agree scope and price, then build. No open-ended hourly meter for the first system either way.
Who owns the work when it's done?
You do, on both plans. Source, credentials, and data stay with you. A retainer is optional once the first system is live — never required.
